Privacy notice

This is a summary for visitors to the English pages of mamaistetoskop.pl. The full policy is available in Polish: Polityka prywatności. If the two differ, the Polish version applies.

Who is responsible

The controller of personal data collected through this site is Zapytaj Lekarza sp. z o.o., ul. Lwowska 12, 22-100 Chełm, Poland (KRS 0000819130). The site belongs to Katarzyna Wozniak, MD, who is the author of its content. For data protection matters, write to kontakt@zapytaj-lekarza.pl.

Visiting the site

Like any web server, ours records basic technical data: IP address, date and time, the page opened and browser details. We use them only to run and protect the site (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and keep them for 90 days.

Contact form and e-mails

If you use the contact form or write to wspolpraca@mamaistetoskop.pl or kontakt@mamaistetoskop.pl, we use your name, e-mail address, organisation and message to reply and to arrange your request, such as a speaking invitation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Messages from the form reach us by e-mail and are also stored on our server. We keep the correspondence as long as it is needed, or until you ask us to delete it.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 only if you agree in the cookie banner (consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Without your consent it does not run. We do not use advertising cookies. You can change your choice at any time: cookie settings.

Who receives the data

Katarzyna Wozniak and the team members who read our e-mail; our hosting provider, whose servers are in the European Union; Amazon Web Services, whose Amazon SES service (EU servers) delivers form submissions to us by e-mail; and Google, which provides our e-mail (Google Workspace) and, with your consent, Google Analytics. Google may process data in the USA on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data and get a copy, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict its processing, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, to data portability for data processed with your consent, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to the Polish data protection authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych). We make no automated decisions about you.
